Research Of Spacial Development Pattern Based On Intensive Land-used In Xi'an City

Along with the urban economic development, urbanization process is at a stage of rapid development. The population massively pours into cities and the demand of urban construction for land is becoming increasingly strong. In such a pressure agricultural land is continuously reducing, meanwhile, urban construction land can not be reasonably used, the contradictions of the people and land become intensified. Therefore we must change the status of the extensive land use, optimize the structure of urban land, and improve the efficiency of land-use. The intensive land-use study has important practical significance for resolving the current conflict.Firstly, according to the research of construction land changes in Xi'an, the urban land current situation characteristics, quantity of the land and the law of expansion of construction land are analyzed in this paper.Secondly, this paper takes the intensive utilization of land in Xi'an as an example demonstration. And then through the building up different evaluation index system and methods, it gives the evaluation conclusion about the urban intensive utilization. The paper chooses relative index and gave the weight of factor. And at a macro level evaluation, it draws a conclusion that Xi'an urban land still in the extensive use of state through fuzzy evaluation. Next, the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation is carried on the main six districts, and got the degrees of intensive quantitative evaluation.Finally, according to the current single center circle-shape structure in Xi'an city, with urban construction and development of the old city and new area are in a dual structure adjustment stage, the paper based on the intensive land-used, put forward Xi'an city space development pattern.
