Strategy Study On Protection And Utilization Of Urban Ecological Land Based On The Coordinated-Intensive Degree Evaluation

Urban ecological land is the life foundation for the survival of human society.It can provide an indispensable ecological foundation for human beings and society,and provide high-quality social and economic conditions for human development.It is an environment that improves urban ecological environment and provides entertainment and leisure.Protect the land of “social-economic-ecological” composite functions such as historical and cultural resources.With the rapid development of urbanization,a series of problems such as the deterioration of the ecological environment and the need for the city to spread,the ecological land has gradually received the attention of all sectors of society.At present,many cities in China protect ecological land by delineating basic ecological control lines.However,due to the lack of active protection and utilization strategies,the traditional passive and passive protection methods have led to the phenomenon of ecological land occupation.In addition,the basic ecological control line only protects the scope of ecological land use.The lack of relevant protection and utilization strategies makes the ecological land use fail to achieve the best comprehensive benefits,and affects the urban ecological land to achieve coordinated and intensive development.Based on the above background,this paper studies and summarizes the practice of typical urban ecological land use in China,and combines the existing research to propose a protective utilization strategy suitable for China’s national ecological land use.Under the framework of protective utilization,this paper takes the ecological resources conservation and ecological resources utilization as the starting point,and promotes the comprehensive benefits of social economy and ecological environment as the goal,and coordinates the development of ecological land,social economy and ecological environment.The degree of evaluation further elaborates the significance of the evaluation of coordination intensity under the concept of protective utilization.The urban ecological land use coordination model is based on sustainable development and landscape ecology.From the two aspects of social economy and ecological environment,an index system for evaluating the degree of coordinated development of social ecological land and ecological environment of urban ecological land is built to fill the evaluation of ecological land use.Blank,providing technical support for ecological land use and utilization strategies.In the process of indexscreening,frequency analysis method,theoretical analysis method and expert consultation method are used to determine 16 indicators to form a coordinated evaluation system for urban ecological land use.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight and the coupling coordination model is used.Finally,a coordinated evaluation model for urban ecological land use will be formed.Collecting the current situation of ecological land use in the remote urban area of Wuhan,and comprehensively applying the evaluation model of coordinated intensiveness to evaluate the six administrative districts in the study area,and measure the socio-economic and ecological environment comprehensive level,coupling degree and coordination intensity of each administrative region,and evaluate The results were subjected to lateral comparative analysis.According to the results of ecological land coordination intensive evaluation,the six urban suburbs are: Jiangxia District> Huangpi District> Caidian District> Hannan District> Dongxihu District> Xinzhou District.The highest score of coordination intensification in Jiangxia District is 0.8927.The degree of development is the highest,the minimum coordination degree of Xinzhou District is0.6806,and the coordinated development of ecological land is the lowest.The research shows that the coordination intensity of ecological land use in the six administrative regions is a little different,which spans three levels,mainly focusing on the intermediate coordination in the coordinated development interval.stage.Finally,based on the coordination and intensive degree of the construction of the "evaluation-strategy-measures" urban ecological land protection and utilization framework map,combined with the ecological land use status and evaluation results of Wuhan Yuancheng District,from the principles of ecological land protection and utilization,the ecological land protection and utilization strategies of each administrative region and specific Measures and ecological land use planning management and implementation recommendations for various aspects of the optimization of ecological land use in Wuhan City,with the goal of improving the coordination and intensification of urban ecological land,and actively explore the ecological land protection and protection of Wuhan City Use specific strategies and methods.
