Research On The Reconstruction Of The Public Activity Space In Beiyuan District, Dezhou City

In recent years,the country has comprehensively promoted the renovation of old residential areas,among which improving the quality of public activity space is one of the important contents.Public activity space is an important place for the elderly to improve their physical function,regulate their emotions and strengthen their communication.Therefore,the aging problem of public activity space needs urgent attention.Based on the evaluation method of public activity space,this paper selects the factors that accord with the aging evaluation of the public activity space of the old community,constructs the aging evaluation model,selects the north garden community of dezhou city for the analysis of the aging evaluation of the public activity space,and proposes the reconstruction strategy of the aging evaluation of the public activity space of the residential area.Firstly,based on the characteristics of the public activity space of the old community,the assessment method of the suitability for aging was selected,the index evaluation system was optimized,the factor weight was determined by the expert scoring and judgment matrix,and the evaluation model was constructed.Second,Dezhou Beiyuan community residential area as the research object,the function of public space is divided into service class action classes,fitness,entertainment,leisure,neighbors class four types of space,using the method of questionnaire and interview method to collect research data,with the aid of evaluation model by north garden district optimum described the evaluation results: the overall level is low,supporting facilities construction lags behind and the quality is low;The supply and demand of functional service space is mismatched,the standard of fitness space facilities is low,the functional form of entertainment space is simple,the utilization efficiency of neighborhood communication space is low.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation of age suitability,the strategy of rebuilding the public activity space in beiyuan district is put forward.It is suggested to enrich the types of facilities and service content,build supporting property management and service facilities,add day care and food delivery services for elderly residents,and improve medical and community service facilities;It is suggested to improve the quality of the activity space environment,enrich the types of green plants,add sports equipment,facilities barrier-free design;It is suggested to optimize the layout of traffic facilities,widen the non-motorized lanes and set up multi-functional compound space.At the same time,in order to scientifically carry out the reconstruction of the aged adaptability of the community's public activity space,it is suggested to establish the management guarantee mechanism in the community and innovate the old community management form to improve the aged adaptability of the community's public activity space.
