High-degree Of Accuracy Electric Energy Meter Based On DSP Technology

In this paper, the designing method of High-degree of Accuracy Electric Energy Meter(HAEEM for short below) with class-0.5 is expand on, and its software and hardware design are finished by DSP technology against the practice demand of Electric Power Department. Furthermore, the above works are based on the result of analyzing the development state in domestic and foreign in HAEEM field, and then it has been tested to be effective .The recent development status , the existed problem in HAEEM is summarized firstly; then it is presented that to develop the HAEEM by DSP technology; At last, the design scheme of new HAEEM is proposed by using the SCM as primary CPU, DSP as secondly CPU to implement the function.The researches works also study the measurement principle and analyze method compare the several measurement method. Sum-up different HAEEM measurement performance and computing method by the promulgated National Electric Energy Measurement Standard, the above work provide the principle and mathematic for instrument of HAEEM.Thirdly, the mathematic program of FFT is simulated by MATLAB and CSS; it also verify the process performance and real time performance, then discuss the algorithm optimum method;At last, comparing the many products and general planning, the design scheme of HAEEM is finished, and then complete the mainly algorithm simulation based on the scheme; finally, the sample meter is tested.
