| Watt-hour meter is the main electrical energy meters,mainly used for trade settlement of social production and the life of residents.The accuracy and reliability of its value is directly related to the vital interests of power supply enterprises and users,so the regulations of the state,watt-hour meter as a compulsory verification of measuring instruments.The watt-hour meter used for trade settlement must be certified before they can be installed and used.With the development of the watt-hour meter production technology,watt-hour meter calibration device is constantly improving.The traditional watt-hour meter calibration device requires personnel to operate during the whole process,its work efficiency is low,that labor intensity is great,and it cannot satisfy the requirement of measuring mechanism at the present stage watt-hour meter verification work.This paper mainly studies and designs a set of automatic verification device of Watt-hour meter for metering laboratory.It includes the functions of hanging watch,wiring,disconnecting,appearance inspection,power data measurement,error alarm and so on.Through the computer host of test data collection and analysis,to determine if each step is adequate,so as to make corresponding instructions on the next steps.The device is designed with a modular unit,using machine vision,automatic control and other key technologies on the assembly line,according to the technical indicators of watt-hour meter,according to regulations,equipped with the relevant standard equipment.It meets the technical requirements of the verification.The whole process of verification is automated,reduced in the verification process caused by personnel involved in the operation of the error,guaranteed quality of verification,improve the verification efficiency,save the manpower.The device is compared with the existing watt-hour meter verification device in the laboratory,The results of the experiment proved that,the result of device verification is accurate and reliable. |
