| With the rapid development of Internet of things technology,a large number of intelligent devices based on cloud platform are applied.As the core part of smart home,the intelligent transformation of power system has become a development trend.In the power system,the intelligence of each link is constantly improving.Three-phase meter is an important part of power transmission end,with the development of science and technology,the degree of intelligence continues to improve,three-phase smart meter is also in constant progress.At present,the design of smart meter management terminal is uneven,which leads to many problems in the use of smart meter.It includes the disadvantages that the measurement accuracy of the meter is not accurate enough,and the smart meter is easy to be disturbed by the harmonic of the power grid in the measurement process.Therefore,in view of the above deficiencies in the use of smart meters,this design designs a smart meter with STM32 as the core.By collecting and processing the energy information of high-precision metering chip,the measurement accuracy of the meter is improved,and the problem of inaccurate measurement accuracy of the smart meter is solved;by using FFT algorithm to analyze the high-frequency harmonics in power grid,the filtering effect of FIR low-pass filter is simulated and analyzed.It is concluded that FIR low-pass filter can effectively filter the high-frequency harmonics in power grid,so as to solve the interference problem of high-frequency harmonics in power grid to smart meters.This design will realize the function of accurate measurement and high frequency harmonic filtering of smart meter through the hardware design and software design of smart meter.The power signal acquisition uses RN8302 special chip as the core,and designs the current mutual inductance detection circuit and other supporting circuits.The control circuit uses STM32 as MCU chip,and designs OLED LCD display circuit,WIFI module communication circuit and other supporting circuits.UCOS-II system is adopted to meet the requirement of multithreading,and the supporting design includes RN8302 driver,OLED display program,WIFI communication program,etc.The smart meter system uses the Internet of things technology for display and control.After power consumption data is collected and processed by STM32,it is transmitted to the Internet cloud platform through WIFI.The cloud platform stores the signals according to different types of data and sends them to the user’s mobile app terminal to provide real-time power consumption information for users.At the same time,users can use app to remotely control the electrical equipment.To sum up,this design improves the measurement accuracy of three-phase smart meter and the anti-interference ability of three-phase smart meter through the combination of hardware design and software design.At the same time,the Internet of things technology is used for power data transmission,display and control to realize peak staggering power consumption and green power consumption. |
