Lock is an apparatus with the key. Everyone knows how to use it. We make use of the lock which can keep home security. There are a lot of locks for car, bicycle, door, even if the computer and mobile have configured special locks to prevent the thief .People can't depart from locks soever the past, now and future in our lives.In the past 100 years , The industry of locks has grown up. More and more factories of making locks well up. The locks in this article point the locks for resist thieves. For keeping the security of people, more and more the safe doors for resistant thief have been built in our home. But the quality of lock has determined the quality of doors.My test center is belonged to Public Security Ministry. In order to get exact and scientific measure result , we have to research the new testing equipment . Based on our lots of test experience , we find out two difficult questions that are resolved .1. Static pull-out strength and torque testing of key. Now we measure the certified weights in static pull-out strength and torque testing of key. However, instability of measurement and inaccuracy of data may be caused in testing. Furthermore, deformation degree of the key can't be gained accurately through one testing.2. Lock duration testing. The method of manually locking and unlocking repeatedly by certain times,which is a hard work for man,is often used in lock duration testing. In the test, the unlocking times are always difficult to account accurately. So it is necessary for us to solve these problems.
