During the orbit / attitude control and operation of the spacecraft,the engine often generates multi-dimensional force value loads as its force source generating device.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the spacecraft in the working state,a test system is required to measure the six-dimensional force / torque generated by the engine and comprehensively evaluate the mechanical performance of the engine.In this paper,the six dimensional force / torque of high torque engine is taken as the research object.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the six-dimensional force / moment test of large torque,puts forward the corresponding scheme and completes the design of the horizontal six-dimensional force / moment test system of large torque from the aspects of force / moment measurement,force measuring instrument calibration,simulation loading,etc.Firstly,the performance characteristics of the applied piezoelectric dynamometer are introduced.Based on the analysis of the test system scheme for horizontal large torque six-dimensional force / torque,the difficulties of force / moment measurement and calibration are analyzed according to the requirements of the test system.A six-dimensional force /torque test model and calibration model were established based on the four-point piezoelectric dynamometer,which provided a theoretical basis for the structural design of subsequent measurement devices and calibration devices.Secondly,according to the test design requirements and theoretical model of the test system,a test system and its calibration device are designed to measure the six-dimensional force / torque with large torque.ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate and analyze the deformation of the key structural parts in the test device and calibration device to ensure the reliability of the designed structure in the process of six-dimensional force / torque test and dynamometer calibration.Finally,based on the designed horizontal high-torque six-dimensional force / torque test system,the orthogonal force / torque calibration experiment was carried out,and the indexes of sensitivity,linearity,repeatability and inter-directional interference were obtained to evaluate the performance of the dynamometer.Design a loading device that simulates the magnitude,direction,and point of action of the engine's force / torque.Evaluate the comprehensive test performance of the test system with a dynamometer by test the forcegenerated by the simulated loading device.According to the results of the simulation loading test,the error that affects the test accuracy in the simulation loading is analyzed and the error model is established.The loading error is reduced by improving the simulation loading method,and the experimental data are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the test system can effectively test the magnitude and direction of the simulated loading force,and the designed horizontal six dimensional force test system can meet the requirements of engine force / torque measurement.
