In all kinds of mechanical equipment performance test system, torque is one of thebest typical mechanical parameter to reflect the dynamic performance of mechanicaltransmission shaft. Analysis of the measured torque signal, such as rotor angle, rotatingspeed and angular acceleration can be quickly fetched by analyzing of the measurementtorque. Therefore, the new method with high precision, good accuracy, strong anti-interference capability of torque measurement and the measurement system, which hasbeen one of the hot spots at home and abroad in recent years.For there is no effective method for torque measurement under extremeenvironment, such as high temperature, high humidity, force erode, strong impact and soon. Funded by “Research on the principle of the ring-space array base on the sphericallysymmetric and the principle fo electromagnetic induction” the project of NaturalScience Foundation Of Country (NO:50975300) and Natural Science Foundation OfDoctoral Program of Higher Education (NO:20100191110038). A new way was puttedforward based on the spherically symmetric and the principle of electromagneticinduction, Improve the signal quality and accuracy of the ring-space array torquemeasurement system, the principle of the sensor measurement system study to start amore in-depth analysis and research, focusing on the measurement system circuitanti-jamming capability.First of all, interference source of the torque measurement system was focused onresearch in this paper. It makes a detailed analysis to internal and external interferenceof the measurement system. The sensors interference sources, measuring systeminterference sources and interference sources of PC system are respectively analysed,and several common hardware and software anti-interference measures are introduced.And several common hardware and software anti-jamming measures are discussed.Secondly, based on the above analysis and discussion and study, detailed hardware designand software design to measurement system. It include signal disposal moduleanti-interference design, MCU control module anti-interference design, communicationinterface module anti-interference design and software anti-interference design. NIsoftware LabVIEW was used to create a torque measurement system on the PC.Acquisition of the torque signal process with the method of phase difference, theinterference noise was suppressed. The torque electrical signal was converted to torque value. The machine driven system torque on-line dynamic measurement has beenrealized under extreme environment.Finally, torque measurement experiment platform was set up, which achieve thetorque data acquisition by ring-space array sensor. The experimental results show thatsensor can change torque signals into electrical signals and it converted to torque values.The anti-interference experimental verification separately to the hardware and softwareof whole torque measurement system. It has the anti-jamming performance. In addition,source of error in the torque measurement system has analyses, so it satisfy certainmeasurement accuracy. It can realize the torque dynamic measurement under extremeenvironment.
