Research On Human Resources Support System In Construction Project Management

In construction project management practices, the management system, mainly targeted to three objects—quality, time and cost, is widely used in the construction practice, and which has made the further development of engineering project management possible. Centering the "the material", however, this kind system is hardly to make the three aims work in accordance. This article advices to set up one pattern of construction project management which takes the human resources as the core. By combining project participants—the factor of human resource with three object controls—quality, time and cost, the construction project management will be more effective.Based on the analysis of relational domestic and international reference documents and the present human resources management condition in China's construction project management areas, by utilizing the related human resources management basic principles, the thesis brings forward the new management idea in construction project, core to "project human resources". The main works are following: Firstly, the thesis induces and summarizes the knowledge needed in construction project management . Secondly, the thesis analyses how to design of the project organizational structure. Lastly, sum up the main content of human resources management and the mutual affect relations of project knowledge, the organizational structure and the human resources in construction project management. Based on the analysis above, one construction project management system centers " human resources" is put forward.In analyzing construction project management knowledge, the thesis mostly analyzes the differences of PMBOK, C — PMBOK and the present code of construction project management by enterprises of construction industry in our country. Besides above, the thesis has discussed several aspects of C—PMBOK which should be further crystallized in the application to construction project management field.
