ABSTRACT:With the advanced development of technology, the globalization of competition in construction market, diversification of construction project financing as well as the characteristics requirement of owners in building a diversified product, the construction market environment has undergone the fundamental changes, and project organization turns into more and more complicated. Coupled with the increasingly deepening and generalization of construction project and division of work, the number of stakeholders is increasing. Since these stakeholders have different respective responsibilities and rights as well as different ways to deal with methods and procedures, the associated interface and organizational issues are gradually increasing.We set the survey to analyze the status of construction projects and reason of resulting in organization interface management barriers and draw the conclusion that project management of major organization interface is highly influenced by the system of organization, different interest demands among stakeholders. These factors are to some extent used to analyze the level of knowledge. In this paper, knowledge management is applied to solve this problem. Firstly, with the knowledge flow as the main line, and via the technical tools and integrated systems, we achieve the knowledge transfer between the bodies of knowledge, and further construct project knowledge library. Secondly, with the four steps of project development as the main line and the project participants as the study, we initially construct the knowledge management information system which regards the projection as the core. Finally, we realize the procedure of knowledge innovation and reusing by applying and sharing knowledge, and promote spiral development of knowledge to form the organization interface management model. In order to master the effect of the model, the organization interface management effectiveness evaluation system and evaluation mechanisms have been built. Gray theory and other associated theory are applied to evaluate the indexes, G1evaluation method is applied to determine the right weight, and propose to optimize the mechanism.The results showed that the use of knowledge management can be effectively and reasonably arrangements for the human, financial, material, so that the project organization can effectively restrain the interface contradiction interface and allows the organization to work in an orderly manner under the framework of a dynamic organization, reduce project costs, improve project success rate.
