Research Of Design Theory And Development Of CAD System For Reciprocating Pump

On the foundation of systemic analysis and research on the reciprocating pump design theory and the CAD technology, combined with the practical experience of design and manufacture in the reciprocating pump factories for many years, and based on object-oriented programming language VB.NET and three dimensional CAD software SolidWorks2004, the special-purpose three plungers reciprocating pump CAD system collecting the design, the lectotype, the analysis and the plot as a body is developed in this paper. Main functions in this system are as follows:(1) Automatic lectotype of three plungers reciprocating pump system;(2 ) Parametrization design of major parts;(3) Establishes the project database of three plungers reciprocating pump initially;(4 ) Parametrization plot of major parts;(5 ) Moving simulation of three plungers reciprocating pump system;(6) Finite element analysis of major parts.Using this CAD system, the user can be convenient to design new three plungers reciprocating pump quickly, also may carry on the redesign and propose the improveing plan to major parts in the reciprocating pump according to needs of the different factories.Figure [72] Table [9] Reference [39]...
