Reciprocating plunger pump uses a one-way valve or a solenoid to valve, distributing-flows system loose structure, large volume, high noise, large throttling loss, and volumetric efficiency susceptible to influence of working frequency, it is difficult to achieve high frequency, high efficiency, high flow valve. The rotating-sleeve distributing-flows system for reciprocating plunger pump overcomes the disadvantages of traditional reciprocating plunger pump distributing-flows system, reciprocating motion of the plunger and the unidirectional movement of organic combination, and with the rotating-sleeve system to valve. It has the advantages of less components, compact structure, small throttling loss and valve without delay.First discussing the structure and working principle of rotating-sleeve distributing-flows system for reciprocating plunger pump, based on the structure and working principle of distributing-flows system, designed the parameters, and completed entity model, analyzed the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of distributing-flows system. Calculation results obtained the maximum angular velocity and the maximum angular acceleration of the rotating sleeve are 17.56rad/s and 31.58rad/s2, the maximum speed and maximum acceleration of drive pin are 0.03m/s and 0.74m/s2. The maximum shear stress of the drive pin is 2284.50 N, and the shear strength of the drive pin meets the design requirement at calibration conditions.According to the flow characteristics of rotating-sleeve distributing-flows system for reciprocating plunger pump, used fluid analysis software FLUENT to simulate and analyze. Calculated the flow state of each fluid field in the reciprocating plunger pump, and obtained that the inner flow state of the reciprocating plunger pump is Laminar flow state. Simulated pressure distribution and velocity distribution, inlet flow and outlet flow pulsation of the internal flow field of rotating-sleeve distributing-flows system for reciprocating plunger pump. Analyzed and studied the pump cavity internal pressure shock, shock and flow intrusion phenomenon of the reciprocating plunger pump.On the basis of the above simulation studies, Study on the optimization design of the position and the inner diameter of inlet and outlet, the oil cavity central angle of the rotating-sleeve distributing-flows system for reciprocating pump. It provided reference for improving the stable operation of the reciprocating plunger pump, intrusion and pressure shock.
