Reciprocating pump is still widely used because of its unique performance advantages,especially in oil drilling,mining machinery and other engineering fields.With the rapid development of modern industrial science and technology,the performance of the reciprocating pump requirements are getting higher and higher,its structure,materials,manufacturing process,and even the working principle,have also undergone new changes.In this paper,a new type of reciprocating pump driven by a combination of cam mechanism and fan-shaped gear rack is put forward to solve the problems of complex structure,large flow fluctuation and short life of the cam mechanism driven reciprocating pump.The reciprocating motion of the piston of the reciprocating pump is driven by the alternating work of the cam mechanism and the rack and pinion mechanism,so that the piston can realize the motion rule of uniform acceleration,uniform velocity and uniform deceleration.It can not only achieve the purpose of reliable commutation of reciprocating pump,but also realize the movement law required by reciprocating pump to meet the demand of reciprocating pump flow characteristics.It has many characteristics such as simple reversing control,small fluctuation of flow pressure,reliable performance and easy realization of long stroke and low impulse.In this paper,a new type of reciprocating pump driven by a combination of cam mechanism and fan-shaped gear rack is studied in the following aspects:(1)Completed the design of the new reciprocating pump power end structure and overall transmission scheme.According to the performance parameters of the traditional reciprocating pump,the technical parameters of the new reciprocating pump are designed,and the main parts of the power end are designed on this basis.(2)The movement law of the piston of the new reciprocating pump is analyzed,and the kinematics models of single cylinder and three cylinders are established.On this basis,the flow characteristics of the new reciprocating pump are analyzed,the instantaneous flow and total instantaneous flow formulas of the three cylinders are derived,and the flow pulsation rate of the new reciprocating pump is calculated.At the same time,the relationship between the phase error Angle and the flow pulsation rate is obtained.(3)Calculate the rule of pressure change acting on the piston surface in the working process of the new reciprocating pump based on the hydrodynamics.The rigid body dynamics simulation of the new three-cylinder reciprocating pump was carried out by using RecurDyn software,and the velocity and displacement response of the piston were obtained.The results were compared with the theoretical design values for analysis.(4)On the basis of the rigid body dynamics simulation analysis,considering the deformation of the dynamic end parts in the working process,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation of the new three-cylinder reciprocating pump was carried out,and the rigid body dynamics simulation and theoretical design values were compared and analyzed.
