With the concept of industry 4.0 and Chinese manufacture 2025 put forward, the realization of automatic production in many Chinese enterprises have already been imperative. The automatic feeding system for the machine tool which is integral part of the automation production line in Chinese manufacture industry has become more and more important. A kind of automobile fuel injection pump plunger feeding system for the grinder has been designed in this thesis. Vibratory transmission system is set up to store, array and transmit the plungers. The sensors of detection device and pneumatic system are used to orient the plungers. This device can adjust the direction of the plungers to meet the direction need of the grinder and enter the grinder stably, exactly and orderly. This system has an advantage of good flexibility and higher feeding speed and so on, which can satisfy the production request of the enterprise.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:1. This paper discusses the whole design scheme of the automobile injection pump plunger feeding system of the grinder. The design of concrete mechanical structure is carried out on the basis of the compound vibratory feeding system which consists of traditional vibratory feeder, sensor detection system and pneumatic system and so on. The automatic feeding control system is also considered on the basis of concrete sensors type and the motion of the pneumatic system. In this system, OMRON PLC is selected as the control core to dispose the signal of the direction recognition sensors and control the pneumatic system to orient the plungers by the elimination or press motion.2. The mechanical model of the plungers is established in this paper and the joint forces of the plungers applied on the resist cylinder module are calculated. The software of Solidworks/Simulation is used to simulate and analyze the resist cylinder module and its fatigue condition. The suction force of the magnetic steel is also calculated to verify whether the magnetic steel is reasonable.3. The wear-resistant material of the vibratory transmission system is studied in this paper. The reasonable wear-resistant material according to this automatic feeding system is chosen and ANSYS is used to simulate this condition. So that its wear-resistant attribution is verified.4. This paper discusses the assembling and debugging process of the automatic feeding system. This system is conducted in the real production line of the enterprise.Through theoretical and experimental research, the result shows that the automatic feeding system of the automobile injection pump plungers can complete the feeding task for the grinder steadily, exactly and quickly. It can well satisfy the production request of the enterprise and has a high application value.
