Tuned Mass Damper's system , is composed by the structure and the attachment in the structure. The attachment sub- structure has the Mass, the rigidity and the damping, thus can adjust self-frequency of the sub- structure , cause it as far as possible approaches the frequency of the structure. This kind of absorption of shock control is not through provides exterior energy, only is realizes through the adjustment structural frequency characteristic。 But, the traditional TMD system adds mass of inertiais in upside or in some position on the structure and is connected with the structure by the spring and damping 。 As a result of reason of technology and material, the traditional TMD system is very difficult to obtain the damp which it needs. The non-linear TMD absorption of shock technology is improved in the traditional TMD system. It use the laminated rubber bearing which be used in isolation technology to obtains the damping which the traditional TMD system is very difficult to obtain.This paper based on real engineering- the building of post and telecommunication and administration of networks in Shan xi .The author use SAP2000 to analyse the dynamical time history response. The author draws some beneficial conclusions. The results indicates that:1.After using the non-linear TMD system, the structure's period, earthquake response, base shear force and acceleration are all decreases markedly.2.Speaking of the TMD structure, the acceleration, the displacement is the same elementarily. The maximum of the displacement only is 1.5mm and 4.2mm.3.The biggest displacement of the non-linear TMD system focuses in 36 floor and the TMD floor, On the chart of displacement presents the big change, Big displacement brings the reciprocity of sub- structure and structure, thus reduces the main structure seismal response".
