With the maturity of the design method and the theoretics, the truss structure has been greatly developed and widely applied in our country, and now it is imperative to make out a new design method, because with the expansion of the applied extension, the truss frame form has been various. There are a few of insufficiencies in the design of the complex truss structure by using the active truss design method: On the one hand, in the design of some trusses, the designers divide the work into two parts, one is the design of the truss, in which the columniation is assumed to be the restriction of the truss, and the other is the columniations'. The method above doesn't calculate the interaction of the frame components, thus, it becomes necessary to research the interaction effect between the truss and the columniations; On the other hand, the LAMINATED RUBBER BEARINGS are disposed on the top of the columns to adapt the require of the temperature in the design of some trusses, but no one paies attention to the dynamical character change and the seismic response effect of the structure. Thus, it is very significant to research those problem.In this text, the active truss design methods are summarized and evaluated, and the research contains the effect of the interaction and the damping function of the laminated rubber bearings. ANSYS is used to analyse the dynamical time history response of the different plan of a truss project, and some beneficial conclusions are gotten. The results indicate that:1. The differences of the upper truss's analysis results are few if we adopt the three design method introduced in this text. The results indicate that the active method is practicable to do the dynamical analyse of the truss no matter which form the structure is;2. Considering the integer action of the frame, the response of the frame increases a lot. It indicates that the designer should pay attention to the design of the frame if we still adopt the active method to design the frame structure;3. The response of the frame can be minished in the dynamical analysis if theLAMINATED RUBBER BEARINGS are set, and the response of the truss can be passed symmetrically.
