In order to reduce the impact of earthquake disaster on people's lives and reduce economic losses.Scholars around the world are actively studying a variety of new types of structures that can be used for seismic isolation.Twin Towers and large chassis structure of the bottom layer is arranged into a similar large chassis of public space,public space in the above structure as the structure of the upper tower,when there are two or more towers,the structure stress,deformation and movement patterns are complex,and also in the conversion layer position will occur corresponding torsional vibration.Because the tower is connected through the lower chassis and the upper structure design of the isolation layer is very complicated,and its vibration characteristics,mechanical properties and calculation methods are better than ordinary high-rise building more complex.Twin Towers and large chassis structure as the basic parts of the force area,the layout structure is relatively reasonable,the general structure of earthquake damage occurred in the transition layer,so,in order to improve the safety performance of the structure,this paper adopts the interlayer seismic isolation technology,it is the extension and development of base isolation technology,the isolation layer is arranged between the chassis and the big Twin Towers structure is different from the previous seismic structure,it is a kind of passive control technique,extended basic period structure of lateral vibration,by adding the damping isolation layer in the vibration period of the extension structure.Type selection,bearing type,mechanism and stress environment is different,the vibration isolation effect of the structure also have varied,with lead and two kinds of high damping rubber bearing in this paper,different bearing combination arrangement,and the aseismic structure were compared,the seismic study on the superiority of the combination form the.At present,research results for two kinds of rubber bearings itself has been very mature,there are a lot of examples of their application in the application of large chassis structure,but the method of composite rubber bearing isolation layer is not very systematic.Combined isolation bearings can give full play to the advantages of all kinds of isolation bearings,a more reasonable level of stiffness at the base of the isolation layer.This paper uses the finite element software,through the method of dynamic analysis,for a specific project,the seismic response of isolated structure calculation of composite bearing and single lead rubber bearing into,the vibration cycle,floor acceleration and interstory drift value curve etc..In this paper,the composite isolation bearings are arranged in the middle layer of the building,and the seismic responses are analyzed and compared.In addition,the economic performance of the isolated structure and the seismic structure are compared,and the economic cost of each structure is studied.
