Horizontal strengthened storey as a modification of framed-tube structures is widely used in high-rise buildings, for it has an outstanding merit to improve the lateral stiffness, reduce the floor displacement and lessen the moment of the tube. However, in these research finished presently, this kind of examples that superstructure, base and foundation are viewed an organic whole to analyze and study is few. In this paper the author finished lots of work in this facet and drew many useful conclusions.This paper regarded the practical project - the building of post and telecommunication and administration of networks in Shannxi as the research background, on the changeless premise of structure and foundation designs, different mounts strengthened stories were mounted at proper places, so a series of analysis models of super high-rise structure with strengthened stories were established. And this paper used ANSYS software to finish static and dynamic analysis to models. The contents and conclusions of this paper were as follows:(1) Through static analysis to all models under vertical loading, under different strengthened stories plans, this paper got the result of settlement rule of foundation and internal force condition of structure.(2) Through the dynamic characteristic analysis of structure, compared and summed up the change of the free vibration characters of the model under different strengthened stories plans, all which laid the foundation for further dynamic analysis.(3) By means of mode-superposition response spectrum method, conducted horizontal seismic analysis to all structures, compared the force and displacement of the models under different strengthened stories plans and drew the corresponding conclusion. The contents were that structural horizontal displacement could be reduced effectively for strengthened stories, and moreover, with the augment of amount, the displacement would be less; and setting of strengthened stories would result in the sudden variation of structural internal force, but, with...
