Base isolation system is nearly30years of the rapid development of the passive control system. It is through setting isolation layer between the upper structure and foundation to isolate or reduce the energy of earthquake ground motion is passed up the structure, in order to ensure the safety and use features of building during the process of earthquake. This paper established motion equation of the single particle and multi-particle base isolation structural systems, using multi-layer and high-level two framework models, mainly research the following several aspects:Study the practical value and the future development trends of the base-isolated system,explains the basic principles of the isolation structure, introduces the composition of base isolation system,the main types of the isolation device,and seismic-isolation structure calculation model.Using large finite element analysis software SAP2000, add laminated rubber bearings to the bottom respectively in two groups of model, input qian an wave and EL Centro earthquake wave, then the modal analysis and numerical analysis.Through the contrast analysis can be obtained:under the existing technical condition, isolation structureis more applicable in multi-layer and high-level structure, in the multi-layer effect is more obvious; base-isolated structure used in high-rise structure is the basis isolation technology development direction of future, in the current technology there are some limitations of its application, if the mixed control the effect will be better,remains needs further study.
