| Through analyzing the environment of informationization development and background of highway main development in domestic and international, the paper announces the current situation and existing problem of highway main hub informationization in our country. Then deeply analyze the development of social economic, informationization, modern logistics system and highway network, and their influence to function of main hub information centre, besides these, the article also studies the function demand of the highway main hub information centre of Xuzhou, and propose dividing the service centre system of it into four parts, the management information system of transportation trade, management information system of the freight transportation serves, management information system of passenger traffic serves and the information trade center of the freight transportation. Basing on these analysises, the function of the main hub information centre is confirmed, and the function of every subsystem is also defined. Finally, the paper designs the function implementation method and scheme of the highway main pub information in Xuzhou, then put forward the measure and suggestions to the realization of the information system.The function study of highway main hub information centre is so complicated, thus the paper bases on two principles, science of technology and realization of implement, considers a great deal of objective restraint conditions, mainly consider the contradiction of information function analyse, studies the function assaying and overall realization of highway main hub information centre to Xuzhou. Then the paper distributes transportation information into different demand targets, and forms the frame of intact main hub information system. |
