With the rapidly development of transportation,the limitation of traditional trafficguidance mode and the ways to disseminate information service service is more and moreobvious,they already can’t satisfy people’s travel information service needs.How to integratethe traffic information and provide timely and reliable individualized information service forusers become one direction in the study of intelligent transportation system.Service orientedarchitecture provides a train of thought for traffic information service.As loose coupling andreusability of the service,the advantage of service-oriented architecture is more and moreobvious.But in the field of traffic information service,the service oriented applicationresearch still faces many problems because of the complexity of the traffic environment andinformation service.This paper only study the methods of building process of trafficinformation service system and the methods to optimize the combination of informationservice.Mainly studied the following contents:(1) Base on the concept of service,the definition and the features of traffic informationservice are given according to the application background,then on the basis of descriptions ofservice combination from many research institutions and the characteristics of the trafficenvironment,the definition and features of the combination of traffic information service aregiven,and the QoS key attribute index of the traffic information service model and dataprocessing technology are proposed.(2) In order to build the traffic information service combination process,the concept ofservice combination template is described.The construction process of service compositiontemplate is given.The main classification and their respective advantages and disadvantagesof the current mainstream of service combination methods are analyzed,then a kind of hybridservice combination method and structural matching algorithm base on workflow technologyand semantic matching technology are proposed which are used to build service combinationprocess.(3) According to the proposed service composition method,this paper gives a servicecomposition system overall design,including the design of the system structure and working process.On the optimization algorithm,the secondary fuzzy evaluation matrix algorithm isproposed.According to traffic information service QoS key attribute index model,the steps ofthe algorithm and the calculation process and matching algorithm are given.(4) Simulation QoS key properties of traffic information service compositionoptimization algorithm and the traditional IO matching algorithm,point out the advantages ofboth algorithms from simulation result.Through the algorithm simulation,the results show that the service compositionoptimization algorithm designed in the paper has obvious advantages on the success rate ofservice composition and the service results QoS.
