Quality Management System Based On Agile Manufacture

Finally this text carries on the detailed design to the system, combining the investigation enterprise.With the development manufacturing industry, the quantity management faces the huge challenge, and the establishment of quantity manages system is the core on quantity management. Whether is the quantity manage system good or not directly determines the level of quantity management in enterprises, then determines the strong or weak of the enterprises' existence ability. But many enterprises don't get the anticipant quantity control result with current quantity management system, the main reason is those enterprises don't combine the themselves true to the system to carry on the macro-design, and circulate the system in a hurry. This text discusses the macro-design methodology of the quantity management system and the process-design combining the target enterprise, which has high science value and practice the value and the extensively applied foreground.
