Therefore, it is the article's purpose that how construction enterprises improve levels of project quality managements and then proj ect quality.In this article we study of the construction enterprises in Xi'an of construction management about the present situation of quality management, we have summed up out construction market not standardizing, lack of quality consciousness etc. Then, we adopt AHP analysis to carried out the significance ordering on the law affecting various project project mass factor, reached a project over construction project mass is all-important immediately next to the main body of a book this one conclusion.Then, the article has brought forward the corresponding countermeasure specifically for various problem been confronted with by construction enterprises , has been to reinforce measure such as improving the measure that every post personnel mass is aware of, putting the arrangement of ideas that total quality management TQM organization interposes and respective duty division of work into practice to big comprehensive ecological improvements of construction market.Finally we found a QC group to solve the practical problems of project and get some social and economic effects.There are some project quality management problems in the construction enterprises. And so are other different types of companies. Therefore, the research conclusions can be a practical guidance sense to the other enterprises.
