Research Of Computer Control System On Flame Retardant And Fire Resistive Cables Testing Technology

At present, the computer control system(CCS) is from simply system to complex system, and already widely applied to all the various trades and occupations along with high speed development of the computer technology and the communication technology and the IT technology and the manufacturing and processing technology. The computer control system technology also obtains the high speed development .The application domains already gradually infiltrated from the process control of traditional industry domains to the non-traditional industry domains. For example ,the computer control system is applies to the fire product test .For the fire product test organizations enhance the test technology, guarantee the test quality and fair appraisal, sequentially raise the quality level of fire product and the test level .the object of constructing digital test system is proposed. Therefore, developing the computer control system applied to the fire product test domains also becomes the urgent need.This paper introduce the application of the computer control system in the fire product test system ,and mainly researches the total distribute control system as the test and control system .Taking the devolopment of the test and control system of fire-resistant electric cables and bunched the electric cable burning test as the example, the paper detailedly elaborates the design methods of the computer control system ,database technology correlating computer control systems, the human-machine interface design technology ,the communication technology and the system reliable technology.The demonstration method of the paper is from the overall the concrete, from theory to the practice. The contents are as follows.First, I introduce the development situation of CCS in our country and abroad, and the applied situation of CCS in fire test domains presently, to explain the meaning of my research.Second, I summarize the type of CCS and some relative technology, recount database, human-machine interface, communication and the reliability technology.Third, Taking the test of fire-resistant electric cables and bunched the electric cable as the example, I detailedly recount the application of CCS in fire test.
