In this paper the process to design the Computer Aided-Testing system(CAT) with auto control technolog is discussed.Because the Computer Aided-Testing system of aeroengine has developed for about twenty years, the system can substitute tradition instrument, ease testing worker's task intension, reduce testing worker's error operation, improve testing efficiency, and process afterwards analysis. But because it's applications mostly fasten on aeroengine's testing, the system's automatization can be strengthened. For example, because a tradition drivers's control configuration is put up by electrocircuit, the system's configuration and control parameter can not be changed. If a electrocircuit's control parameter can be changed, it is more difficult and more expense. But digital computer control can settle the problem easly. Therefore, the paper referenced ancient well-rounded engineering techmology and above most problem, and discussed building method of the Computer Aided-Testing system for WQ66 starter. Otherwise, the system's software will be besigned more commonly and more systematismly. The paper is based on a project. First, frame of hareware and software are discussed in detail by using the theory of system engineering. Then the core module are discussed in detail. They conclude sensor checking, timer, serial port, local area network, auto control, digital filter and so on. The purpose is improving programming efficiency, reducing product cost and improving the reliability and maintainability of software. The fourth chapter discuss the system's use in a factory. And the fifth chapter sum systemically up my paper and prospect coming development. This system has been used for WQ66 aeroengine test run in ZhouZhou AEROENGINE (GROUP) LTD.
