The technology of hydraulic pressure has been widely used in every part of National Product. The performance of hydraulic component and hydraulic circuit can influence the quality of hydraulic pressure equipment directly. So it is important to test and analyze the performance index of hydraulic components and circuits, in order to ensure that hydraulic pressure equipment performance.The development of technology of computer software and hardware as well as the development of CAT (Computer Aided Test), especially the appearance of FIX industry control technology, provides convenience to develop CAT system of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems. Thus, the study on hydraulic components and hydraulic systems CAT system based on the most new test technology of FIX, may play a very important role in research of new hydraulic components and hydraulic systems,also in extending application of hydraulic products. In this paper,selecting CAT of pressure measurement and control system based on FIX technology as studying task, is provided with profound meaning. combined with test-bed ,a deeply study was developed in such fields as follows:(1)This paper introduces the computer software and hardware resource in electricity liquid proportion hydraulic measurement and control system. whose content relate to two hardware and softwares aspect: Hardware aspect emphasizes composition of hydraulic system, data collect hardware structure , hardware structure , signal conditioning device,system interference protection measure; Software aspect has introduced mainly FIX software characteristic and function , emphasizes on the I/O drives data collect board card and address allocation , design of the real time data base , design of history data base and history trend , the regular time high-accuracyly method.(2)Have designed that hydraulic pump test system , Safety integration valve block, pressure regulating integration valve block; the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic closed system, rectification integration valve block in electricity liquid proportion hydraulic measurement and control system. Makes hydraulic pressure systematic installation layout especially rational,makes maintenance more convenient, makes the system operating more reliable. at the same time,The commonness of the experiment contents of all kinds of hydraulic components were summed-up of all kinds of hydraulic components. This makes the function of the test system all-around, and provides the mathematic model for developing software.(3) Being guided by FIX industry control technique, the software testing technology platform was designed that hydraulic hydraulic measurement and control system. This testing platform should being able to be completed voluntarily to performance tes of the hydraulic pump , the hydraulic motor and close cycle system, It possesses the function of the data collect , data handling , data analysis , result data base management and printing, as well as intuitionistic user interface.(4) Using the designed measurement and control system based on the FIX to test performance on the hydraulic pump , hydraulic pressure motor and close cycle system, The testing results indicates that the function of the electricity liquid proportion hydraulic measurement and control system is all-around, it can satisfy testing accuracy demand,it is convenient to complete the test,and The system is good in practical results. This testified that the design thoughtway and the method is right and feasible.
