In this thesis,on the subject of the QCS003A Hydraulic Platform Reformation by Means of Computer Test and Control, a computer control and test system is designed and brought about successfully in the direction of the theory of virtual instrument and computer control. The old mechanical platform has been changed into a modern test and control system, which includes mechanic, electronic, hydraulic and computer. The improvement system is made up of the pressure sensor, flow sensor, displacement sensor, electro-hydraulic proportional flow control valve, power amplifier, data gathering board and computer.The platform can carry out testing the hydraulic parameters, processing the tested data, saving the processed data and drawing, adjusting the pressure automatically. The test accuracy, the test efficiency and the intelligent level of hydraulic experimentation has been greatly improved.The main content of this thesis includes the application of computer control and virtual instrument in the system, the design of the digital controller, the selection of the hardware, the installation and debugging of the system, the method of resisting disturbance both hardware and solftware. In this thesis, the emphasis is the design of the solftware interface and function, the analysis of the tested result of improvement platform, and the contrast of the old platform and the new platform , which can be looked on as a new reference of the new developing direction of hydraulic experimentation.
