The Analysis Of The Anti Seismic Test And The Construction Strength Of Super Standard Stone Materials In The Curtain Wall Engineering

Technique of stone curtain wall connected by anchors is a new building decorative technique and a predominant method in engineering of the stone curtain wall from now on. There is still not the engineering technique norm when stone material plane set up in engineering goes beyond the standard, which brings very difficulty to construction work. Based on the domestic and international success experience and continuously investigating and researching the problems in the engineering, that the engineering technique norm is established is urgent demand, which well make the new technique quickly develop in the our country.In order to guarantee the safety in construction engineering, the practice applied problem in engineering, in which applied stone material, that has big area of 1.78×2.8m2, goes beyond the JGJ133 norm rule of 1.5m2, is researched. Through analysis and calculating of the construction of stone curtain wall, the design of reasonable project is given. By means of the full-scale model on the shaking table for simulation earthquake action, the researches have been on the anti seismic ability of stone curtain wall connected by anchors. Through experiment, the experience is accumulated and key technique in the test is mastered. Based on the experiment and the analysis of construction, the construction technique code in stone curtain wall connected by anchors for our company is established, which is additional regulations to norm JGJ133.These works not only solve the applied problem in engineering, but also the actual experience and research results obtained the engineering can serve as reference for solution in engineering of stone curtain wall connected by anchors.
