In view of reflection cracks,erosion,slurry pump diseases caused by highway semi-rigid surface of our country,the text slow down or eliminate these damages by using graded broken stone surface.However.Taking a wide view on gradation design methods both China and abroad,the Bailey Method not only considers the volumetric properties of the aggregate but also provides evaluating indicator of the gradation,so it posses predominance in design the skeleton density asphalt pavement.A multilevel dense built-in grading was designed and examinated by Bailey Method.12-gradation was selected within the scope of the specification,the evaluation results of Bailey Method show that, integrated use of three parameters and K of Bailey method can make a good evaluation on gradations of coarse or fine type, skeleton embedded in crowded conditions.CA and CBR's correlation coefficient is 0.7028, k-value and CBR's correlation coefficient is 0.8178 .Therefore, With CBR, CA, and K these three indicators of evaluation of graded performance is possible.Thesis CA values in 0.65 around the mixture has better stability and it suggeste that k-value is in the 92.99 ~ 104.58.3-gradation was selected among them, the vibration compaction and the heavy type were adapt to strike solid way molding, comparing the dry density, the decay of its gradation,CBR and modulus.The use of vibration shape and design is similar to the way of on-site construction.Compared with the Heavy blowing design,it has smaller graded attenuation,to incline the optimum water content of 4.08%~9.43% and increase the density of 5.60%~5.96%, CBR about 52.6%~93.9%.A roller moulding compaction technique of plate-block graded macadam sample and a density testing method are proposed. A rutting test method of graded macadam is put forward. It simulate the granule slippage of graded macadam under vehicle, and can evaluate the performance of rutting resist of graded macadam.One systematic analysis has been done for construction and quality control of graded broken stone.Acceptance indicators about construction quality were raised.Test section was done on shuijie highway. Observation results about Test section showed,adopting gradation scope which is designed by the text. Compactness and strength also can meet the design requirements which are set by vibration molding graded broken stone,and the rate of fracture of graded broken stone was significantly lower than the comparison section of semi-rigid asphalt pavement cracks.So,this base of graded broken stone has more compact,higher intensify,slowing semi-rigid base cracks is also more significant.
