With the increase in the number of high-altitude fall accidents in stone curtain wall,research in this field has attracted increasing attention from scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,the basic starting point is to improve the safety performance of dry-hanging stone curtain wall.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Discuss the strength of corner nodes of non-massive stone curtain wall,examine the connection performance of four common corner nodes in engineering practice;(2)Put forward the the mortar reinforcement method of the dry-hanging stone curtain wall panel,and research the reinforcement performance of the panel by high-performance mortar;(3)Research the replaceable technology of undercut anchorage stone curtain wall and propose a design scheme.Based on the above research content,using experimental research,finite element simulation,and theoretical verification methods,72 groups of non-massive stone corners,12 unreinforced stone panels,12 stone panels reinforced with ordinary mortar and 48 stone panels reinforced with high-performance mortar were subjected to static ballast tests;finite element simulation models were established to ensure the test conditions and material properties,and the numerical simulation of the simulation models were completed;Finally,the theoretical calculation of the connection strength of the corners of the stone and the flexural bearing capacity of the panel are deduced by formula.The failure mode and crack morphology,load capacity,deformation capacity,strain and change law of non-massive stone corner under different wind pressure are analyzed.Also,this paper researched the change rule of bearing capacity,deformation capacity and other performance of stone panel under different mortar types,thickness and interface treatment.The specific research results are as follows:(1)The whole stress process of the corner node of the non-massive stone curtain wall is an elastic process;the stone curtain wall panel reinforced with mortar has yielded.Stone curtain wall corners and panels have less bearing capacity,greater deformation under negative wind pressure,and are more vulnerable to damage.(2)Considering the bearing capacity,deformation capacity and construction convenience of corner joint of stone curtain wall,in the current joint practice of the non-massive stone corner,the combination of outer corner steel and back bolt joint has higher bearing capacity,better ductility and more convenient construction,which is the most ideal connection mode in engineering application.(3)The aspect ratio ? is the main factor affecting the bearing capacity of the connection method.When 4 <? <8,as the aspect ratio increases,the bearing capacity gradually decreases under positive wind pressure,and the rate of decrease is slowing.The conclusion under negative wind pressure is the opposite.(4)The wind resistance of the panel is normally related to the thickness of the mortar.As the thickness increases,the improvement of the wind resistance is also increased.On thebasis of the mortar thickness of 5mm,each 1mm increase in the thickness of the mortar can increase the wind resistance 10% ~15%;the strength of the panel reinforced with high-performance mortar under the same conditions measured in the experiment is 21% to37% higher than that of the panel reinforced with ordinary mortar.
