| Tone curtain wall has been widely used as a building exterior decoration material.After nearly a century of development,the technology has gradually matured,but in recent years,there have been frequent occurrences of stone curtain wall falling at high altitudes,and even pedestrians have been injured.The hidden dangers of stone curtain walls have once again attracted great attention.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to study the reinforcement and fall prevention of stone curtain walls to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents on stone curtain walls.This article introduces the research status of stone curtain walls at home and abroad.Through field investigation and material collection,combined with the typical case of stone curtain wall falling,the common quality of stone curtain walls and the causes and consequences are analyzed.In order to improve the safety and reliability of the stone curtain wall,it is proposed to take corresponding reinforcement measures for the connection nodes and panels of the stone curtain wall,and conduct the bending test of the stone panel to study the feasibility of the node reinforcement and the integrity of the panel to achieve "bad but not falling" ".The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Strengthen the connection nodes of the kerf anchorage and undercut anchorage.to improve the bearing capacity of the connection nodes and avoid the shortcomings of easy destruction of the nodes.Further study on the bending capacity and the damage form of the glass panel pasted with stone panels.After the node is strengthened,the bearing capacity of the two types of stone curtain wall panels has been greatly improved,and the damage pattern has changed.The average bearing capacity of the kerf anchorage windward surface is 2.08 times that of the unreinforced surface,and the average bearing capacity of the leeward surface is 1.44 times that of the unreinforced surface.The average bearing capacity of the undercut anchorage windward surface is 2.08 times that of the unreinforced surface,The average bearing capacity of the undercut anchorage leeward surface is1.5 times that of the unreinforced.After the two kinds of stone curtain wall panels are pasted with glass fiber,the damage is ductile.The different pasting methods can maintain the integrity of the panel and can greatly improve its bending capacity.The ultimate bearing capacity of the undercut anchorage windward cross-paste is 3.59 times that of the unreinforced specimen,the diagonal bearing capacity is 2.98 times that of the non-reinforcedspecimen,and the fully pasted ultimate bearing capacity is 2.96 times that of the non-reinforced specimen.The ultimate bearing capacity of the cross-bonded back-bolt windward surface is 3.3 times that of the unreinforced specimen.The ultimate bearing capacity of the diagonal paste is 2.75 times that of the unreinforced specimen.The longitudinal ultimate bearing capacity is 1.74 times that of the unreinforced specimen.The ultimate bearing capacity of the lateral full paste is 2.8 times that of the unreinforced specimen.Two kinds of stone curtain wall panels pasted with glass fiber cloth did not significantly improve the bearing capacity of the leeward surface.The finite element analysis of the stone curtain wall,the simulation of the ultimate load,force-displacement curve of the finite element results and the experimental values obtained by the test data error is small.And further parametric analysis to simulate the impact of the initial defects of the stone curtain wall.The results show that the hidden safety hazards and bearing capacity caused by man-made construction are greatly reduced,and the wrong construction should be avoided. |
