Study On Appropriate Structural Technology For Energy Efficiency Of Building Envelope In The South Of Shaan Xi

As one of the most important functional elements, Building envelope which can be used as function of thermal insulation, sound insulation , waterproof , fireproof etc, should react on the effective applyment of energy. Building envelope enregy efficiency lays emphasis on external walls and roofs except doors and windows. Improving structural measure of building envelope, advancing the thermal performance of external wall and roof, and popularizing local and new material may improve living environment, better dwelling quality on the small side, and influence the sustainable and healthy development of national economy on the large side. The emphasis of study on energy efficiency of building envelope is not to use high technology, but to let the architects comprehend and use it directly and conveniently.With the method of simulation analysis and investigation on the spot, based on practical application of architect, the paper fixes orientation of energy efficiency on air-conditioning building which can make full use of passive measures, bonding the exitting economic , climatic & technological conditions of the south of Shaan Xi. By analyzing thermal transfer and structural character of building envelope, and investigating building material and envelope structure used frequently in south of Shaan Xi, the paper discusses appropriate energy efficient structure technology in south of Shaan Xi. By the calculation of DOE-2 software and the limit value of various index in the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone, contrasting with integrative index of envelope structure in south of Shaan Xi, Prescript index is brought forward to fit for development trend of the south of Shaan Xi. In accordance with local natural resource, all other envelope structures are analysed with prescript index. At last, the paper puts forward structure schemes of external wall and roof which are appropriate to the actual circumstances of the south of Shaan Xi. We hope that the content in this thesis would be useful in the reconstruction of the old houses and the building of the new houses in the south of Shaan Xi.
