Along with the rapid development of our national economy and people's living standard, the increase of construction also has developed rapidly,which inevitably leads to the constantly growth of building energy consumption,at present the building energy consumption,with industrial energy consumption,transportation energy consumption has been tripod.This article takes the building envelope of steel structure public building as the breakthrough point, studies how to reduce energy consumption and develop building energy efficiency.Through the technical and performance testing analysis for building envelope of steel structure public building, this article expresses the significance which is choosing proper energy-saving material, material thickness and structure methods according to the characteristics of our different climate zones,optimizing system design,establishing efficient building envelope system,and helping the prmotion of steel structure public buildings,and finally playing a certain role to the sustainable development of our country building energy efficiency.On the base of the detailed description for the present condition of building energy consumpition,the impact of palisade structure in building energy-saving and the characteristics of the steel structure. This paper studied three levels:(1)According to the different insulation performance requirements,watertight performance requirements and gas tightness performance requirements of roofing and external wall in the different climate zones from north to south,this article relatively explores the selection and application of energy-saving materials and energy-saving system of building envelope of steel structure public building.(2)Based on the existing difficult points in connection and structure of steel structure public buildings,it analyses and compares the respective characteristics of the different palisade structure node connection methods,and by using these connection modes,this paper puts forward building envelope component tectonic technology.(3)Through the thermal performance test,gas tightness performance test and watertight performance test of roof and wall which comprise different materials,different thickness and different construction methods,this paper statistics, analyses and comparises the experimental data,in order to determine the thermal performance parameters of the building envelope in our different climate zones,and choose the reasonable building envelope of steel structure public building.Based on the above analysis, the result of this paper is that the steel structure building will be the development trend of building energy field. Choosing appropriate building materials, appling scientific connection structure technology, optimizing the basic building envelope selection,will be able to ensure that our steel structure public building reach the public building energy efficiency design standards in each climate zones.
