Under the background of globalization,prefabricated buildings can effectively promote energy conservation and emission reduction,protect the environment and improve the living environment,which is the inevitable trend of the industrialization of buildings.Prefabricated steel structure building has the advantages of short construction period,light weight,factory processing and recycling,which is an important development direction of prefabricated building in China.The technical standard system of steel structure is relatively perfect,but the technology of peripheral protection system is not mature.It is very important to develop the peripheral protection system technology to realize the building energy saving in cold region.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the key technologies of the prefabricated steel structure building envelope system in cold region.In cold regions,fabricated steel structure building envelope systems of China and Canada are the research object,with overall energy saving as the breakthrough point,through field investigation and analysis of information,China and Canada several typical of retaining structures and to analyze its connected with the main structure construction,outside doors and Windows structure nodes and special parts processing,etc.,and compare the two foreign construction technology and construction technology characteristics of containment system,summarizes the structure and construction key points of the system.This paper is divided into four parts to study the key technology of prefabricated steel structure building envelope system in cold region of China and Canada.The first part briefly describes the research background,purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research objects and scope.The second part summarizes the concepts of cold area,prefabricated steel structure building and peripheral protection system,and then introduces the structure type and the composition of the peripheral protection system,and discusses the problems encountered by the traditional peripheral protection structure,and at the same time sorts out the relevant specifications,and summarizes the technical requirements of the peripheral protection system of prefabricated steel structure building.In the third part,through field investigation and analysis of typical cases,the sustainability and overall energy saving performance of the prefabricated steel structure building envelope system are elaborated,and the systematic research on the prefabricated steel structure building envelope system in cold regions of China and Canada is carried out respectively from three aspects,including envelope members,structural connection and prefabricated construction.The fourth part carries on the comparison to the key technology of two foreign containment system,including the selection of prefabricated way,continuity and economy construction,etc,summarizes two foreign containment system technology demonstration,and Canada for cold and revelation of the system development in our country,for the technical development of the system to provide theoretical reference.
