Establish resource-saving society has become one of our basic state policies, and it's the scientific planning for china's social development. To save energy is an important part of resource-saving society, and building energy-conservation is of unprecedented importance. Shandong is a big energy consumption provinces, the existing civilian building area is about 1060 million square meters, more than 95% of which are energy efficient building. Energy consumption of per unit area is two or three times more than the developed countries in similar climate conditions. The excessive building energy consumption has become an impact on economic's healthy, rapid development of our province. Existing building's energy-conservation take great responsibility for building energy-conservation. And office buildings consume most energy in existing buildings, which are 10 to 20 times of residents. And the thermal property of existing building envelope is not so satisfying, the energy lost by building envelope is great. So it is of great urgency to research the energy conservation technology of reconstructing existing office buildings envelope.This thesis investigates the conditions of existing buildings envelope in Shandong province, including the structure and thermal property analysis of building envelope in different ages. Summarize the present situation of the existing office building envelope. On the basis of the investigation, towards different ages and different structure forms existing office buildings in Shandong province, according to their energy consumption, drawing on the advanced technology and both from domestic and abroad, it put forward the plan and measure of energy conservation reconstructing existing office buildings envelope suitable for Shandong. In the existing office building energy-saving reconstructing programs, it may only to one or two of outside wall and outside window and the roof; or reconstruct the all, but the thermal performance of a part could not meet the standards. For a better balance building envelope trade-off option, this thesis analyzes the combination of the existing office building energy-saving technology. It analyzes combination plans of the different techniques with DeSt architecture's environment simulation software for analysis of energy consumption, and compare the effects of the different combination plans, thereby optimize technology combination plans. And we apply the theories to the practice of the Lixia Building energy-saving reconstructing program. We carried out the research of appearance, thermal performance calculating and test on the transformation of the former building envelope. Based on the actual construction, select reasonable technology reconstructing design plan and use the software carried out energy simulation and analysis on the consumption before and after reconstruction, and then evaluate building energy-saving effect and analysis the investment income. Lixia Building obtain a nice reconstruction results in energy-saving projects, and thus play a corresponding role in promoting to other types of existing public buildings' energy-saving reconstruct practices, achieve the target of the existing office buildings to lower energy consumption, save energy, improve office work environment.
