Study On Energy Conservation In Structural Technology Of Dwelling Envelope In HanZhong

With the acceleration of the process of urbanization,China's current area of residential buildings was increasing trend in the geometric style.The dramatic increase in urban population has more on the residential requirements as well as challenges.In meeting the problem of food and clothing,people will be more and more attention to as an essential element of life housing.Housing for a family or individual is a relatively simple question,but for the state and society,housing related to the rational use of energy efficient and energy saving.With the advances in the development of science and technology,in the current post-industrial era,how to better solve the housing problem caused by urbanization,how to reduce the enormous energy consumption caused by urbanization,how to change to advanced science and technology and scientific research,and effective application in residential,we need to solve.In this paper,65%of building energy-saving conditions,study in residential buildings of Hanzhong in the envelope structure of the energy-saving design.Hanzhong is located in the south Qinling,north Bashan,there are a very important strategic position.However,because of its unique geographical location,in the reform and opening up,in the Hanzhong norms,such as building energy-saving and energy-saving applications in the development of relatively backward.China by 2020 to achieve 65% of building energy-saving goals,for hot summer and cold winter region of Shaanxi in 2020 in the full implementation of energy-saving goal of 65%,the paper presents a set of Hanzhong area for energy-efficient building envelope reference.This paper focuses on the research results of the questionnaire and summary of argument analysis by the way to calculation of thermal test,computer simulation of energy consumption,field research and survey methods of combining.In this paper,on the basis of there are a large number of mature theory and thermal hot summer and cold winter areas energy-saving technologies,the combination of Hanzhong local climatic characteristics,economic status,customs and so on,to design a complete set of residential building energy saving and rational program.This program combined with "hot summer and cold winter region residential building design standard for energy-saving"(JGJ132-2001) provides indicators of the various limits,and comply with the provisions of the structural types of targets and performance indicators compared by the way to such as EnergyPlus and DesignBuilder energy simulation program.This program put forward by the national energy efficiency standards 65%by the way to verification and comparison.This program for the future transformation of the old houses and building new housing of Hanzhong to provide valuable reference.
