Research Of Intelligent Heating Controller Based On CAN Bus

Based on CAN bus intelligent heating controller is a kind of industry automation system applied in heating corporation or heating-switch station ,which has a lot of characters such as open,general,module component,high performance and reliably.Its hardware platform is PCM-3350 main-board with PC 104 bus and its operating system is Microsoft Windows CE and its application software is developed by Embedded Visual C++.The controller can connect and communicate with CAN bus network by its CAN bus communication interface card,therefore,it is easy to build a large scale network control system.The paper illustrates the whole research process of based on CAN bus intelligent heating controiler.First,deeply research basic knowledge related,including the technology specifications,characters and protocols of CAN bus;the concept,characters of embedded system and PC104;the basic concept,kernel traits of embedded operating system - Windows CE.Furtherly,present the modle of heating controller hardware architecture and research several main modules: main controller module based on embedded PCM-3350;display module based on 10.4 inch LCD;I/O interface module with data collecting and signal output based on ONYX - MM;PC104-CAN communication interface card design model module is analysed with emphasis.Then,propose the modle of heating controller software architecture and analyse several main modules: custom-tailor Windows CE operating system base on adventech PCM -3350;analyse the device drive of PC104-CAN bus communication interface card;describe the functions and characters of several main modules of user application at large.
