The comprehensive DA becomes one of the focuses of construction of electric wire netting of our country ownly. the present distribution complex automatic system is measured and controlled is mainly electric quantity, technology unconventional to is it exert a tremendous influence to power system to develop at a high speed in recent years. in order to meet the needs of electric enterprise's informationization , as to DA, build one high speed of having , broadband , reliable and high many network of business that QOS guarantee own and imperative, it will become the foundation of electric enterprise's informationization " expressway " of electric information. On this basis, the thesis has looked forward to the DA network future development trend, had made a concrete analysis of the application state of the existing distribution network and analysed and predicted to the new business that may appear in the future, provide the concrete performance demand for DA. This text has made analysis to the overall situation of the automatic communication network of the distribution of Xi'an, compare several kinds of network technologies ,though these kinds of technology have a lot of advantages , but its can't totally meet the need to much business of development in future. So, how choose one technology make it can bear the weight of multiple operation platform , it is the problem that we face. This text selects RPR flexibly as the technological foundation of this network and accords with the demand for communication network of a DA of Xi'an finally, compare design principle of the network detailed discussion , probe into layers of structure of network, network core nodal establishment, nodal network insertion nodal establishment and access way of the business , backbone of network , provide the overall design plan of network of bearing the weight of many business of combining RPR technology finally.
