The development of modern cities costs its personality, visage and environment. People began to reflect on the problems of ecological environment of cities and draw attention to urban green system just after the environment had been suffered from the vast devastation. China has stepped into a period of fast development. The harmonious development of large, medium and small cities and small towns features the routes of Chinese urbanization. Developing small towns plays a vital role in the process of urbanization. At the same time, the development of small towns just starts, having vigor, restricted little. They have the conditions to be scenic towns because of their locations (within the countryside) and their excellent outside settings, which would play a vital role in the process of urbanization of the small towns. The wide distribution, large number and unbalance development of the small towns, however, brought a series of environmental problems in the process of economic development. So it is very important to take the sustainable road to conserve the existing environment and to build ecological towns based on the standard of "green" at the beginning of construction.The small towns' green system is important part of small towns' environment ecosystem. The perfect green system is the necessary premise of protection of small towns' environment ecosystem. Simultaneously, the function of small towns is a tie between large, medium cities and villages. Therefore, the angle of small towns' green system research should be from region, emphasizing its green system and at the same time paying attention to the positive development of district ecosystem.This paper is aimed to probe for the research of green system planning of the small town, town Tuanjie for example, which lies in the suburban of Harbin city at the precondition of deeply studying in small towns and their green systems, basing on theories of urban planning, landscape ecology, from the angle of urban-rural integration, and using computer technology of RS and GIS.The conclusion is that small towns' green system should be based upon eco-green system to care about it's eco-effect and adjust measures to local conditions. It's about two parts: town region and town itself. For town region, it's concluded that constructing various shelter forests, developing eco- agriculture, exploiting existing environment by means of protection. For town itself, widespread virescence is veryimportant. The parks' construction should be embodied the town's style and have itself characteristic. The shelter forests' construction is also important in small towns. |
