Study On The Delineation And Development Strategy Of "Urban-rural Integration Unit" In The Valley Town Fringe Of Loess Plateau

The hilly and gully areas of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province,the gradation of the valley,secondary gully and branched gully makes the distribution of the settlement space also hierarchical and linear,with towns clustered in the valley channels and villages scattered in the secondary gullies,which leads to the prominent urban-rural dual development characteristics of valley towns on the Loess Plateau.In the hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau,the urban-rural dual characteristics of the valley urban fringe area between the county seat and the countryside are particularly prominent,and the overfilling of the valley channel makes the secondary gully in the marginal area become the potential area of urban development.Therefore,it is particularly important to reconstruct the urban-rural integration development relationship in the valley urban fringe area from the perspective of the coordinated development of the valley and gully,and put forward a regionally appropriate urban-rural integration development strategy.This paper takes Suide County of northern Shaanxi Province as the research object for empirical analysis.First,the "urban and rural integration unit" is defined based on the gravity model.Based on the research of urban and rural settlement space and marginal area,this paper defines the scope of the central urban marginal area in Suide County by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.In the research scope,the natural village settlements and community settlements are taken as the basic research units,and the characteristics of settlements are analyzed from the scale and distribution.The evaluation index table of the comprehensive development scale of residential areas is constructed according to the population,construction and economic development scale of residential areas,and the comprehensive development scale of residential areas is evaluated.Then,the time cost grid method is used to determine the time cost distance between the settlements,and the gravity model is modified to analyze the interaction between the settlements in the central town and the interaction between the central town and the marginal countryside,delimit the "urban-rural integration unit",and optimize the traditional town and village settlement space system.Secondly,according to the delimited Rural-urban integration units from the perspective of land use form,industry and facility allocation,the unit configuration,division and classification are studied,and the development status and development problems of rural-urban integration units in valley town fringe areas are comprehensively analyzed.Based on the land morphology characteristics of valley and gully settlements,three types of unit morphology are summarized,namely,valley cluster town center + Rural settlement of gully,valley strip Suburban area of town +rural area of gully,and valley dot Suburban area of town + rural settlement of long gully.According to the spatial scale of various industries,cluster analysis was carried out and five types of unit industries were identified: ecological protection type,agricultural park type,tourism service type,industrial mining type and compound strengthening type.Based on the allocation degree of living service facilities and the spatial adaptation index of facilities,the service level of living facilities was comprehensively evaluated,and the units were divided into three levels: good,general and poor service level.Finally,summarize the problems of urban-rural integration unit form,industry and facility development,and propose the urban-rural integration unit optimization objectives and development strategies from three aspects: urban-rural integration unit form structure optimization,urban-rural integration unit industry development optimization and urban-rural integration unit living facility allocation optimization.The "urban-rural integration unit" in the valley town fringe area is guided by the coordinated development and the moderate construction the urban and rural land layout of valley and gully,to realize the interactive industrial development pattern of valley and gully,and the equal allocation of public service facilities between valley and gully,to promote the urban-rural integrated development of valley town fringe area,and to build a development model in which valley radiates gully and gully affects valley.
