With the development of nuclear fission, people pay much attention to the question that the nuclear waste material brings to mankind day by day too. Nuclear waste material that nuclear power station produce, especially long-lived life and high radiation wastes (HLW ) have already become restriction condition of nuclear energy developing in a lot of countries. To solve nuclear waste material properly is important terms of nuclear energy development.This subject is to solve the problem of Tian Wan nuclear power station nuclear waste material process system. There have three factory building 11UKT, 21UKT, 91UKT depositing in radioactive wastes that getting off in nuclear power station. The old-fashioned Russian crane is used to hoist the waste material barrel in the factory building. The crane is the bridge type and uses the electronic calabash and the card type hoist. In design, crafting, factory building assign, device layout, crane, hoist, structure of waste material barrel have greater contradictions in each other, the existing equipment not only hoist difficult, but also has bad security. It can not operate some times.Abundant investigation and analyses are done in this paper to Tian wan nuclear power station waste material storehouse system. In order to require the specification requirement and performance request terms that user put forward, a scheme is demonstrated on how to design and improve pull system, automatic control system, monitoring system, and increase the efficiency of factory building. The study of this thesis is important to optimize control of exhausted fuel of nuclear power station and have great value to nuclear project in reality. The scheme can make exhausted fuel transport economy and dependability. Its research results can apply to the detail design directly.
