With the number of private cars has increased dramatically in China.Therefore,public parking had lot of in the commercial area or work areas are increasingly unable to meet more and more parking demand.The consequent parking space shortage and parking difficulties have become major problems for people in their daily travel.The main solution of the current parking system to solve the parking space tension is to share the parking resources in the wrong time;that is to say,to make effective use of the free parking space resources of the community,and the parking space is released through the Internet sharing platform,and open users rent parking spaces.However,there are still two main problems and firm in this industry.The parking spaces of the community main focus on the how to and protect the benefits and involves the interests of both the property and the owner.The user's parking reservation process is imperfect,resulting in a low turnover rate of the parking space in the community.In addition,unfamiliar vehicles cannot find the parking space accurately when they enter the garage of the community,which reduces the parking efficiency of the owners.In order to solve these two problems,the thesis proposes the following solutions.1.In order to solve the problem of parking reservation for users in the garage of the community,based on the demand analysis of property,platform and users,B/S architecture and WeChat official account architecture,a community shared parking reservation system is designed and developed,which and it has complete functions.The systems design the community management module,the property administrator can add new community information,and it needs to check whether the new community information is legal.Designing the garage management module,the property administrator can add new garage information in the approved community.Designing the shared parking module,the community owners can release their parking places information in the approved garage.Designing the parking space audit module,the property administrator needs to check whether the parking space information released by the community owner is legal.Designing the parking space reservation module,which is convenient for each owner to make parking space reservation,complete parking lot search and self-selected parking reservation,etc.2.Aiming at the problem of car owner's path finding in the garage,a parking path planning module is designed to help users complete the parking route planning in the garage.Firstly,the Fengmap platform is used to help the system handle the map information uploaded by the property administrator,and it constructs map data.Then,in the path planning,the thesis selects the A* algorithm.the weight of evaluation function in A* algorithm will be changed,assigning the dynamic change weight according to the actual cost weight of each node in the starting,ending and starting and ending floors,and assigning penalty function to the estimated cost of nodes.So that the nodes far away from the theoretical shortest path will get a larger penalty value.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the method for searching for the optimal path is greatly improved.Finally,a test program is designed to test the function and performance of the system.The test results show that the system basically meets the expected goals and can operate stably.
