As the development of high-rise buildings, elevators as the main vertical transportation toolin the buildings have been an indispensable part in our daily life. In order to improve the qualityand reliability of transport services, reduce the waiting time, riding time and energy consumption,elevator group control systems are used to manage and dispatch the elevators. This thesis mainlyresearched the Elevator Group Control System (EGCS) scheduling based on destinationreservation and multi-agent coordination, and the development of ARM embedded EGCSsoftware.In the algorithm of EGCS, to deal with the uncertainty of the elevator traffic flow and thedestination of passengers, overcome the computing bottleneck existed in collective EGCS, anelevator group control scheduling method was proposed based on destination registration andmulti-agent coordination. Firstly the EGCS structure was designed and the multi-objectiveevaluation function of destination registration was demonstrated. Then, the online update ofelevator traffic pattern recognition based on fuzzy logic was proposed, to update different trafficmodes corresponding to the weights of the control objectives in real-time. At last, the elevatorcar and group controller can be mapped to different agents. The distributed elevator groupcontrol scheduling was to implement a multi-objective optimization by various agents, with acoordination of minimum average waiting time (AWT), average riding time (ART), congestiondegree (CD) and energy consumption (EC).In the EGCS realization, the thesis used PC and ARM9to construct the whole system. TheS3C2440chip as the controller can meet the need of intelligence, reliability, security and rapidity,and has rich chip resources. Open source of Linux embedded operating system will ensuresystem reliability and timeliness. Operational system transplantation and development ofembedded system were described. EGCS scheduling software was developed with Qtdevelopment tool,and the algorithm test was implemented.
