In order to improve the operational efficiency of the port logistics,the core is to improve the value-added services of the existing port resources such as berth and quay crane and truck and yard and gate and so on,to realize the rational allocation of resources,and to establish efficient port job scheduling system.The berth is the scarce resource at container terminals and quay crane is one of the most expensive equipments.To use the berth and quay cranes reasonably is the key factor for surviving and development,so as to decrease the total time spent at port and to realize the rational allocation of resources and distribute reasonably the berths and schedule the gantry cranes efficiently.In addition,because truck scheduling directly impact the efficiency of the quay scheduling,it is very important for reasonable line service of the gate to the effective operation of yard and truck.It is a complex system of effective operation among berth and quay crane and truck and yard and gate for improving the operational efficiency of the port.Based on the research of the project of study on the key techniques of the supply chain coordination of the port logistics based on the technology of Internet,the system integration research of continuous berth and quay crane and truck and yard and gate at container terminal has a strong theoretical significance and practice guiding significance.The main research work and achievement as follows:(1)Scheduling of continuous berth and quay crane based on a variety of berthing service rulesUnder the dynamic coming of multiple ships circumstances,this paper arranges reasonably the berthing position and order,and the number of gantry cranes which is correspond with cart requirements,in order to make the shortest time of gantry cranes loading and unloading operation and the minimum time of all ships in port.According to the complexity of the operation system of scheduling of continuous berth and quay crane,inspecting different berthing service rules when choosing different berthing position,this paper sets up the multi-objective optimization mathematical model of continuous berths and quay cranes scheduling for multiple ships achieving the port,taking the objective function as the shortest total time for multiple ships in ports and the minimum of operation cost and punishment cost on container terminals.Combined Genetic Algorithm(GA)with heuristic algorithm,the paper makes the algorithm design and model solution and a comparative analysis on the optimal solution under different berthing service rules with a numerical example,and then achieves the optimal scheme and optimal berthing service rules of scheduling of continuous berth and quay cranes,and then gives sensitivity analysis.Consequently,this paper provides effective decision-making for container port enterprises on berthing service rules and berthing position and effective scheduling of quay crane.(2)Optimal scheduling of continuous berth and quay crane and truck based on mixed operation mode at container terminalsIt is close relation among berth and quay crane and truck in frontier operating systems at container terminals,which is not only important resources of the ports but also is the key of affecting the production capacity at container terminals.It is crucial for these three factors to make effective seamless.On the basis of the study of scheduling of continuous berth and quay crane,the paper begins the study of optimal scheduling of continuous berth and quay crane and truck based on mixed operation mode at container terminals.According to the complexity of the optimal scheduling operation system of continuous berth and quay crane and truck,taking the objective function as the minimum of these three objective functions of the total time cost for multiple ships in ports and the operation cost and the punishment cost on container terminals,this paper sets up the mathematical model of scheduling among continuous berths and quay cranes and trucks based on mixed operation mode at container terminals for multiple ships achieving the port.Combined Genetic Algorithm(GA),the paper makes the algorithm design and model solution,with a numerical example,the paper then achieves the optimal berthing position and the optimal number of quay cranes and the optimal truck scheduling scheme.Consequently,this paper provides effective decision-making for container port enterprises on effectively scheduling among berths and quay cranes and trucks.(3)Optimal reservation scheduling of the queuing service system between trucks and gates at container terminalsIt is close relation among berth and quay crane and truck in frontier operating systems at container terminals,but if the gate is blocked up at the yard,thus may cause hindering the role on berth alongside and berth allocation and quay cranes scheduling and truck arranging,and then affect the whole efficiency of the operations management system at container terminals.Because of the uncertainty and randomness of the truck arrival,the gate may be blocked up and the waiting for operation time and the queue length of the trucks in the yard become longer,and thus affects the whole efficiency of the port.In order to shorten the waiting for operation time and the queue length of the trucks in the gate and yard,it is very important to balance the assignment amount of the containers in the yard and gate and to improve the utilization rate of space resources of the yard,and to study on queuing service optimization between trucks and gates.According to the operation process of container terminals,this paper applies the theory of the time window distribution and truck reservation scheme,and makes the reservation container number of each reservation time phase,and calculates the time phase of the arrival time of trucks getting to the gate.By using the Queuing Theory knowledge,this paper achieves that the rule of the arrival and service is subject to the distribution rule of Poisson Flow.This paper sets up a reservation scheduling model of the queuing service system between trucks and gates at container terminals,taking the objective function as the minimum of two objective functions of the total queue length for the containers of each reservation time phase in the yard and gate and the total waiting time of containers in the yard and gate.Combined Genetic Algorithm(GA),the paper makes the algorithm design and model solution,with a numerical example,the paper then gives the comparative analysis before and after optimization and sensitivity analysis on different weights of above two objective functions.Consequently,this paper provides effective guidance for container port enterprises on effectively scheduling service among trucks and gates.(4)Developing the scheduling simulation platform of the system of the berth and quay crane and truck and yard at container terminalsBecause it is a complex system engineering of the scheduling of the operation system among the berth and quay crane and truck and yard at container terminals,involving many parameters and influencing factors.On the basis of studying on the wharf apron operation system and the back yard gate scheduling system,this paper develops the scheduling simulation platform of port container terminal operating system from the two levels: one is about scheduling of continuous berths and quay cranes for multiple ships achieving the port,the other is about integrated scheduling of berth and quay cranes and trucks and yards for single ship achieving the port.The first simulation platform is about scheduling of continuous berths and quay cranes for multiple ships achieving the port,which can display dynamic how multiple ships berth alongside on the continuous berths and get the dynamic scheduling service of quay cranes.The second simulation platform is about dynamic scheduling simulation of among the berth and quay cranes and trucks and yards for single ship achieving the port.Through inputting the container shipping information within the planning time cycle,together with inputting the port hardware equipment information such as the number of quay cranes and the operation efficiency of quay cranes and the number of trucks and the operation efficiency of trucks,this paper simulates the handling operation situation of the container ships in the frontier port during the certain period,to achieve the information of ships in the port and the utilization rate of quay cranes and so on,and to help the port management personnel to make the scheduling planning of continuous berths and quay cranes,consequently to carry out decreasing the whole time of all ships in the port and to improve the operating efficiency of quay cranes and trucks.
