| In the context of the ever-increasing influence of the concept of smart buildings,people’s demand for smart buildings has shifted from high efficiency to high efficiency and comfort,and the society’s requirements for smart buildings tend to be smart and green,but the software system is still lacking.This thesis is committed to making the cumbersome space management in the office area easy and quick.The space reservation management system based on intelligent buildings designed and developed is used to book exhibition halls,training rooms,lecture halls,negotiation rooms,interview rooms,employee activity rooms,and small meeting rooms.,Medium-sized conference rooms,large-scale conference rooms and other rooms,the introduction of mailbox attributes,reservations and feedback through the mailbox,combined with the Web calendar system,Pad-side appointment screen and We Chat applet to achieve multiplatform management,improve usability.The system also provides functions such as sign-in,broadcast important notices on the Pad,and automatic space release.The system provides a data board to facilitate real-time understanding of the usage status of each floor space.At the same time,it can analyze data from different dimensions,such as evaluating and suggesting the health and usage efficiency of the space,providing a basis for decision-making for the reasonable allocation of space resources.This thesis focuses on the research process of public space reservation management system of office building,and elaborates the design and implementation of core modules such as calendar appointment management,space information management,email notification management,appointment screen appointment management,authority management,and system management.The overall development of the project adopts the B/S architecture,uses the Dubbo framework to handle tasks such as room topics and emails,and uses Kafka to assist in the state change processing.The frontend adopts the Vue framework,because it is lightweight and componentized to facilitate development.Spring Boot’s front-end and back-end separation structure reduces coupling,improves portability,and facilitates multi-platform access.The relational database My SQL is used for data storage,and Redis is used for data caching,which further accelerates response speed and reduces access to relational databases The pressure to ensure mutually exclusive access to space resources.At present,this intelligent building-based space reservation management system has been put into use in the Bytedance Satellite Communication Building.The user feedback that the system is running well,which not only greatly reduces the workload of logistics personnel,but also improves the work experience of employees. |
