Research On Communication Management Of BJJ Company V Project Team

The construction industry is an important part of the national economy. And project management has been looking as the core method of construction case delivery. On the one hand, there are a lot of the introduction of project management theory and explanation of project management method included in relevant books; on the other hand, based on the development of theory, equipment and materials, people request the project management to practice and reach a higher target than whatever it achieved before. It is believed that the remarkable feature of construction project delivery is cooperation. And the important means of creating a good cooperation relationship is fully communicated each other. A long term lasting, target orientation and multi-aspectual information exchange process is required a powerful tool to organize, communication management. Nowadays, people usually deal with build job as a construction project with a bundle of stack-holders of buyer, seller and third parties as project management team involved to cope with a complicated, high investment value spent and longtime duration construction case. The buyer side normally includes final user, administration department and procurement officers in a construction case owned by joint-venture companies. Generally, the general contractor, authorized dealers and special industry designated vendor units are believed to compose the major part of the seller side. Moreover, the general contractor often has several sub contractors. In practical cases, a dozen or often more participants of the project struggle to own benefits from the project, fight each other and try to satisfy the key performance indicators grant from their managers and firms. How to coordinate the parties’working relationship, how to balance all people interests and how to help the whole case going smoothly are the most important responsibilities of the project management team.Communication management is an extremely important aspect of the project management. Good communication management is also prerequisite of successful delivery of whole project management service. That is why I pick communication management as my thesis article and major research area. Any project cannot be replicated completely so that there are not standard principles of communication management applied to all projects. So I would give specific and practical suggestion on communication management of medium-small scale construction project based on the research of V development project, as an example. I will analyze and interpret the problems of V Project Management team communication in the management of work, complied with Project Management theory and communication theory. And the working methods of this paper is firstly to divide the whole project into several phases by the project development general process of the medium-small scale construction projects, and then to pick up the different stakeholders involved in various stages of the project and needed to take part in the project communication activities. The suggestions I emphasize in the paper will focus on setting project communication standards, communication methods by different communication target in different project phases.
