Research On Project Communication Management Of Power Industry Infrastructure Management Platform

Along with the development of Chinese power industry,the power enterprise continuously strengthens the construction of power grid infrastructure,in the power enterprise development reform,informationization construction also gets unprecedented attention.Traditional management mode and method is not very good support the development of the electric power enterprise,using the means of informatization management infrastructure field will greatly reduce the financial burden on users,reduce the data of human disturbance and improve the accuracy of the data,based on the data of business analysis and management,provides the high quality of the data support for infrastructure management information platform,Meet the effective operation of infrastructure management business processes.Project management involves ten knowledge areas,such as project scope,time,cost and quality,and five management process groups,among which communication management runs through the whole process of project management.In this thesis,based on the theory of project management at home and abroad,to construction project management platform as the research object,through questionnaire investigation understanding management platform construction stage,implementation stage of constructing communication present situation,the characteristics of the electric power enterprise organization structure,project,involving personnel to make a comprehensive analysis,put forward the project communication management problems that exist in the implementation process.Through consulting materials and combining theoretical knowledge,this thesis further discusses the communication and management problems existing in the construction process of infrastructure management platform project,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and improvement strategies based on the actual situation of the power industry and the project.The research work of this thesis has important theoretical and practical value for improving communication efficiency,enhancing team cohesion and leadership,and provides reference significance for the follow-up large-scale informatization promotion and implementation projects.
