Nowadays,information technology is developing fast and being dominant gradually.It’sleading the development of each social industry including shipbuilding,digital shipbuildingis the product of the rapid development of information technology.Digital shipbuildinginclude digital designing,digital manufacturing,digital management.However,in our countrythe development of shipbuilding is restricted by management in recent years,it did not breakthe traditional management mode,follow the digital management load and realize theinnovation of management mode.In conclusion,the research on digital management isimportant in term of current situation.This object is the research on the management of shipbuilding comments based onPLM(PLM is the abbreviation of product life cycle management),this is belong to digitalmanagement.This object realized management of shipbuilding comments by using thissystem,accordingly it reduced the cost,improved the shipbuilding efficiency,speed up theships’ delivery and also improved the management capability of shipbuilding enterprise.Firstly,this paper divided the shipbuilding comments into source,stage,profession andlevel of significance by research on the characteristics of shipbuildingcomments.Secondly,this paper studied the shipbuilding comments’ code according to theclassification criteria which had been formed and formed a set of coding rules.Thirdly,thispaper set forth the disadvantages of shipbuilding comments’dealing with and proposedsolutions by analyzing the processing of comments in domestic small shipyards.Lastly,thispaper put forward to develop shipbuilding comments management system by analyzing therequirement of comments’ processing.This system integrates all the comments in aninformation platform,realizing the digitization of comments’delivering, distribution andprocessing.After the implementation of this system,it’s certified that this system can meet thedemand for the management of comments in shipbuilding enterprises.This system has beenimplemented in some small shipbuilding enterprises currently.It is proved that this systemintegrated comments in shipbuilding life cycle in system platform successfully,thusimproving the efficiency.However,there are some drawbacks.This paper put forward theoptimization items combined with system implementation situation from the function,system processes and statistical analysis.
