The shipbuilding industry is a strategic industry for national economic development and national defense security,and is the epitome of modern large industry.In recent years,the Shipbuilding completions,contracting(new order),handling orders have basically maintained the number one position in the world.However,in the face of the sluggish ship and offshore market,fierce market competition,domestic overcapacity,and the development of a new generation of IT technology,the domestic shipbuilding industry is also transforming and upgrading.Therefore,it is particularly important to continuously improve the level of shipbuilding through information-based means,promote shipbuilding towards digitization,networking,and intelligence,and further improve the core competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry.[1]Life cycle management can integrate the information and resources of each stage of the ship,and plan the objectives of each stage in an overall plan.It has a positive effect on shipbuilding companies in reducing costs and increasing benefits.Combined with digital twins,take advantage of its real-time synchronization,faithful mapping,and high fidelity.Through information integration such as data integration and sharing,simulation modeling,and decision optimization,the level of digital shipbuilding has been comprehensively improved.Based on the above background,the research in this paper is mainly divided into the following three parts:(1)Based on the theoretical research of digital twin,life cycle,and digital shipbuilding,the respective connotations and characteristics are introduced.The digital twin is integrated with each stage of the shipbuilding life cycle,and the correlation and coupling are carried out.analysis.(2)Based on the analysis of the current status of digital twin applications,A shipbuilding company is targeted at investment,cost,quality,and cycle requirements for planning,design,construction,operation,and maintenance at various stages.The three main aspects of integration,simulation modeling,and decision optimization are to describe the functional requirements of each stage in detail,and put forward the principle framework of the digital twin model based on digital twins.(3)Taking advantage of the characteristics of the combination of virtual and real digital simulation,simulation,decision-making optimization,and iterative,combined with the life cycle of shipbuilding,with A ship company as the object,on the basis of the above research,a ship based on digital twin is proposed The framework and operation mechanism of the enterprise's manufacturing life cycle management,and taking the actual shipbuilding project as an example,conducted an application analysis to verify its practicability and scientific.
